The operational arm of the group, managed by Valentina Barbadoro (founding lawyer's partner, quasi-total shareholder). Handles direct NPL transactions, asset management on secured portfolios, operational oversight of the credit collection. Controls Profit Farm.
Lending crowdfunding platform founded in 2020 and operational since January 2021. In December 2024 became the FIRST Italian platform authorized as European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) under EU Reg. 2020/1503 for NPL acquisition projects. Co-founded by Cristiano A. Tofani, Avv. Francesco Sibilla (SAPG Legal) and Venture Builder WDA.
Cristiano Augusto Tofani founded the Studio in 1997. Admitted to the Rome Bar since January 21, 1998, and to the Italian Supreme Court (Cassazione) since September 26, 2014, he has developed the firm's institutional orientation around the Italian banking and NPL market. Over €4 billion in NPL operations at his personal track record, 1,700+ documented mandates as of 2021.
Author (with F.S. Canepa) of the book “Gestione e valorizzazione dei crediti deteriorati” (2025), a 400-page reference work covering 30 real case studies and introducing NPL Assistant — the first Italian GPT-4-based AI assistant dedicated to non-performing loans.
